Aaron — Founder / Boss Man
The brains, the backbone, and the bloke who started the whole thing.
Aaron’s been on the tools for years and cares deeply about doing things properly …. no shortcuts, no cowboy work. If it rolls into the workshop, he treats it like his own. Usually found solving problems, running the floor, or quietly fixing things no one else has noticed yet..
Matt — Lead Mechanic / Spreadsheets & Playlists
Matt keeps the workshop (mostly) organised.
Lead mechanic by trade, spreadsheet wizard by necessity, and in charge of the daily playlist …. which means morale lives or dies by his song choices.
Ashley — 3rd Year Apprentice / Car Addict
Officially a third-year apprentice. Unofficially… obsessed with cars.
Ashley lives and breathes anything with an engine, loves learning, and isn’t afraid to get stuck into the hard jobs.
Shona — Marketing, Growth & Paperwork
Handles the marketing, growth, systems, software, hires, reviews and all the boring paperwork that keeps the doors open.
Doesn’t know a thing about cars …. and isn’t pretending to (thats why she married a mechanic)
